Brian Donovan graduated with Honors from the University of Maine in 1982 with a B.A. in business administration. He obtained his J. D. degree from Suffolk University School of Law in 1989.
Mr. Donovan assists business clients throughout Massachusetts, with an emphasis on bankruptcy law. He works with small business clients to help them navigate the many legal challenges they face and brings a wealth of business and legal experience to each consultation.
Prior to joining Framme Law Firm, Brian was in private practice for 18 years. He represented the interests of consumers and businesses in bankruptcies, real estate transactions, and civil litigation, including construction disputes, contract matters, collections and personal injury claims. Mr. Donovan is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for Massachusetts.
Mr. Donovan was a longtime member of Fitchburg East Rotary Club. During his time with the Rotary Club he served as Club President and Treasurer. He assisted the club with fundraising as well as numerous projects in the community, including Habitat for Humanity.
